Returns & Exchanges

NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE?

If you are unhappy with our products for any reason, you can return them for a full refund or exchange them for the same value products at no charge by contacting us, on info@freshkickssa.com, subject to the following conditions:

1. Did you change your mind or was the order wrong?

No worries, simply make contact with us so that we can arrange pick up of the products. Kindly note that we will accept returns or process exchanges only:

  • if you contact us within 14 days of purchase;

  • if the products are unused and/or not damaged;

  • if the products are complete and in their original packaging.

2. Damaged on Delivery or Defective Products 

Should a product be damaged at the time of delivery, please notify us within 5 days of such delivery. 

We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will replace the product as soon as possible or refund you . 

The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return under this section: 

  • faults resulting from normal wear and tear;

  • damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;

  • damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion;

  • damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;

  • damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product; and

  • where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.

Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will replace or refund you within 7 working days of having completed the inspection and validation.  Please bear in mind that refunds can take 1-4 working days to reflect in your account.
